Transport infrastructure is an important prerequisite for the city’s economic growth. The construction and further management of large-scale facilities (such as underground railway lines and stations, roads, tunnels) through PPP mechanisms and the engagement of only private investors for the implementation of other large-scale projects (the construction of parking lots) will become the main factors contributing to the improvement of the transport infrastructure. However, it will be impossible to achieve the goal of affordable, safe and convenient transport without other non-infrastructure measures aimed at changing the structure of the city’s passenger flows and the automated control system.
